Many existing homes also use toxic glues and paints that off gas Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) which have been known to cause health problems. All of our homes are constructed with Low and no-VOC materials, minimizing exposure to these harmful gasses to keep you and your family healthy.

Materials are sourced locally which means less emissions from transportation. We use recycled products where we can, including our cellulose insulation which is made using recycled newspaper. Our homes are designed to be heated without the use of fossil fuels.
